Once upon a time in Nandagiri village, located in the scenic region of Pegdapalli mandal, a remarkable transformation was underway. The pursuit of development and public welfare had become the focal point of the government, symbolizing its unwavering commitment to its citizens.

Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar proudly announced that Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao’s vision was to uplift the poor and provide them with the opportunity to live in double bedroom houses with dignity and self-respect.

In a momentous event, the inauguration of the CC road, constructed with a budget of 35 lakhs, and the handover of 15 double bedroom houses, built at a cost of 75.6 lakhs, took place. Additionally, the foundation stone for the basic agricultural cooperative society building, with an allocated budget of 43.23 lakhs, was laid, marking the beginning of a new era of progress.

The Minister, filled with enthusiasm, addressed the gathering and emphasized the state government’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people. He highlighted the upcoming scheme, where financial assistance of up to Rs. 3 lakhs would be provided to those who possessed land to build their own houses.

With the aspiration of bringing joy and self-respect to the lives of the homeless and impoverished, Chief Minister KCR envisioned a society where every individual could revel in the comforts of a double bedroom house, complete with essential amenities.

The Minister further extolled the achievements of the state government, citing the provision of support pensions to 40 lakh eligible individuals. He assured the audience that the remaining eligible population would also receive pensions in due course.

Undeterred in their pursuit of rural development, the government ensured the availability of drinking water in every household, the establishment of nurseries, dumping yards, tractors, tankers, and graveyards in each village. The success of the Haritaharam initiative was evident, as Telangana witnessed a substantial increase in green cover, rejuvenating the environment.

While the state government demonstrated steadfast support for farmers through initiatives like the Rythubandhu scheme, the Minister criticized the anti-farmer policies of the central government. He reiterated that the Telangana government had allocated a staggering 50 thousand crores under Rythubandhu to assist farmers, along with the annual Rythu Bhima scheme worth 1500 crores and the provision of 24-hour free electricity, costing 10,000 crores.

The Minister urged the people to protest against the central government’s anti-farmer policies and discouraged the purchase of grains as a form of dissent. He debunked false campaigns against the government’s farmer-friendly schemes, highlighting that 99% of the state’s farmers were small-scale farmers who greatly benefited from the Rythu Bandhu scheme. A substantial fund of 7600 crore rupees had been released to support 62 lakh farmers during the Yasangi season.

Chief Minister KCR made a resolute statement, firmly asserting that no meters would be installed for motors despite the central government’s insistence. He stressed that neighboring Andhra Pradesh had implemented meter installations, but Telangana would adamantly refuse such measures. Additionally, he expressed hope that the central government would pay attention to the extensive projects undertaken by the state, involving significant investments in the Krishna and Godavari rivers.

The program witnessed the presence of esteemed officials, public representatives, and enthusiastic participants who were inspired by the government’s transformative initiatives.

The journey of empowering self-respect through the provision of double bedroom houses and comprehensive welfare schemes had begun. The government’s unwavering dedication to public welfare and development would undoubtedly leave an indel
